Terms of Service
By opting in to SMS messages from VIBE VENDING SERVICES LLC, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

2. Eligibility and Authority
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
3. Machine Placement & Location Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide safe, reasonable access to vending machines for stocking, servicing, and maintenance
Ensure the location complies with all applicable laws, building rules, and property permissions
Notify Vibe Vending Services of any hazards, damage, or issues affecting the machines
Machines remain the exclusive property of Vibe Vending Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment & Revenue (If Applicable)
Payment terms, commissions, or revenue‑sharing arrangements (if any) will be outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice.
Failure to remit agreed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to stock machines with quality products; however:
Product availability may vary
Specific brands or items are not guaranteed
We reserve the right to change product offerings without notice
6. Maintenance & Repairs
We are responsible for routine maintenance and repairs caused by normal use.
Clients may be responsible for damages resulting from:
Vandalism
Misuse or abuse
Negligence by the client or third parties
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Iowa law:
Vibe Vending Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the preceding 12 months
We are not responsible for loss due to power outages, theft, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Vending Services from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of our services
Conditions at your location
Violation of these Terms
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services:
With reasonable written notice, or
Immediately for breach of these Terms
Upon termination, we reserve the right to remove vending machines within a reasonable timeframe.

All logos, branding, text, and materials associated with Vibe Vending Services remain our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.
